Receive chronic condition management and acute care from the same physician at each visit. Whether it be optimizing preventive care strategies or organizing complex care of chronic conditions, you’ve found a home for your healthcare needs. Adults aged 18-60 receive comprehensive primary care for $100 per month.

What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?

Direct care is a re-invention of private practice that empowers the doctor-patient relationship. It removes intermediaries so that patients can regain control over their health care. Direct care offers patients the opportunity to contact their physician directly, mitigate wait times, and significantly reduce their healthcare costs. Clinics are supported by monthly memberships and do not accept or bill insurance, which provides predictability in healthcare costs and eliminates surprise billing/fees. It's like having a friend as your own personal physician!
